Yes – All tickets are 100% official and genuine.

Are shows being cancelled because of coronavirus?

How much is delivery?

Please take a look at the checkout page, it will show any applicable delivery fees. You may be able to choose our free print at home or free collect from the box office service.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. All costs and fees are displayed on the checkout page.

What are your booking fees?

Please view the exact booking fee on the checkout page. On selected tickets we do not charge a booking fee and the total price is just the face value of the ticket. When tickets do have booking fees they help to cover our costs (e.g. for admin and technology).

Is my transaction secure?

Yes. Your browser will display a padlock icon on the checkout page.

Can I have a refund or exchange?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges unless your event has been cancelled.

Do I need to take my ID?

The person named on the tickets must bring photo identification to the event. The name on the tickets/booking must match the name on the ID.

Where is the venue box office?

Box offices are usually near the main entrance of a venue. The official venue website may contain detailed directions.

When will I receive my tickets?

You should receive your tickets within 24 hours of placing your order. If necessary, please check your junk/spam email folder. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have not received your tickets.

I can’t find my tickets

What should I do if I cannot print my tickets?

Check that your printer is on and properly connected to your device. Check for any loose cables and close unnecessary programs/apps. You may need to update the pdf reader installed on your device.

When can I collect my tickets from the box office?

Usually, you can only collect your tickets from the venue box office on the day of the event. Please check the details of your order.

Can I bring X or Y to the venue/event?

Please check the official venue and event websites for information about what you can and cannot bring to the event.

Do you resell tickets?

No. We are not a secondary ticketing site or reseller marketplace.

Do I need to print my tickets in colour?

No.
